Yogasanas is a powerful system of classical postures rooted in the ancient science of Classical Hatha Yoga. Traditionally offered through Isha Hatha Yoga, this carefully designed sequence uses precise alignment, breath and awareness to cultivate strength, stability, balance and ease while creating the basis for profound inner transformation.
Unlike yoga practised primarily as physical exercise, Yogasanas are held with stillness and conscious attention, allowing the body and mind to become receptive. The result is a practice that not only enhances flexibility, posture and physical health, but also brings mental clarity, emotional balance and a deeper sense of inner wellbeing.
Experience a dynamic form of meditation through asanas like nothing else.
Increase joint mobility while enhancing balance and coordination.
The sequence cultivates strength, stability, balance and ease.
The structured sequence encourages concentration and discipline.
The Yogasanas Programme offers over 10 hours of expert instruction delivered across two days. During the workshop you will learn the complete Yogasanas sequence in a structured and supportive environment, with detailed guidance on alignment, breath, movement and the underlying yogic principles that make this practice so effective.
The programme is designed to ensure every participant gains the confidence to establish a safe and sustainable home practice while receiving personalised guidance throughout the training.
Adults – Ideal for anyone wishing to improve strength, flexibility and overall inner wellbeing.
Teenagers – Suitable for young people over 8 years old, helping develop coordination, confidence and physical capability.
Children over 8+ – The Yogasanas practise requires more commitment than other practices such as Surya Shakti. I would only recommend it to children who are commited taking the next step and willing to increase their daily practise time.
Previous Experience – No previous yoga experience is required.
Medical Considerations – Avoid during pregnancy or with an active abdominal hernia. If you have any medical concerns, please contact us before booking.
Yogasanas is traditionally taught as a complete system. To preserve the integrity of the practice, all sessions must be attended in sequence. Each session builds upon the previous one, ensuring you develop the knowledge and confidence to practise safely and independently after the programme.
