What To Expect
Nurture your body, calm your mind, and connect with your baby through Isha prenatal yoga workshops. These live in-person classes are designed specifically for pregnancy; helping you to navigate your pregnancy with confidence, prepare your body for birth and nurture the neurological development of the baby from the womb.
Can be practised throughout pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Structure & Eligibility
✔ Our workshops are designed especially for expectant mothers and can be practiced throughout the pregnancy. Comprised of 3x 1hr 45 min sessions – it combines mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
✔ You’ll be guided through safe, adaptable practices you can trust, with options to rest whenever you need. You will be taught in such a way that you should be able to practise on your own at home whilst the teacher will be available will aid where necessary.
✔ This workshop is only available privately in order to provide the right guidance to the expectant mother. Choice for teacher to come to your home or go to a home location in Notting Hill.
✔ All practices taught have been verified for safe practise by an experienced obstetrician and specific medical guidance can be received on request if any doubts about anything.

Full Module (3 x 1hr 45 min sessions) £250
Asanas Only (1 x 1hr 45 min) £100
- Additional travel expenses will apply if teacher travels to you.
There is an option to only learn certain components of the module in an online format. This will specifically only include the non physical aspects including nada yoga and meditation.

My name is Natalia Radcliffe
Natalia Radcliffe is a fully qualified maternity yoga teacher and mother of two, with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy.
Her teaching is rooted in both professional training and lived experience, allowing her to support you with empathy, reassurance, and care at every stage.
She has guided many women through pregnancy with a calm, nurturing approach that prioritises safety, comfort, and confidence.
Natalia’s classes are known for their soothing pace, clear guidance, and ability to help you truly switch off from the outside world.
Whether this is your first baby or not, you’ll be supported to move in a way that feels good for your body, connect with your breath, and create meaningful moments with your baby each week.
