Transformative yoga workshops & weekly classes that introduce powerful tools for lifelong wellbeing in a joyful and supportive environment.
This unique & first of its kind programme is designed to not only introduce young people to yoga practices but also give them a joyful experience of the wider culture that yoga comes from. The programme will help nurture young minds, enhance emotional balance, and boost confidence Children learn foundational practices such as Surya Shakti, pranayama and Nada yoga alongside wider yogic lifestyle elements.
Children learn the ancient yogic practice of Surya Shakti, a dynamic 21 step process supporting mental and physical development. This is supported by 3 further preparatory asanas and 1 practise to activate the brain. In other formats Angamardana or Upa Yoga could be offered.
A powerful and widely recognised yogic breathing technique alongside immersion into the 3 core sounds of the universe.
The programmes will guide the children through a potent and widely used meditation to deepen their experience and provide a further tool to bring calm to the body and mind.

Introduction to Kalaripayattu –An Ancient Indian Martial Art
As part of the Full Day Immersion, children will be introduced to Kalaripayattu, one of the oldest martial arts systems in the world, originating from India.
These sessions will be guided by a trained student from India, in an online format, from the respected Samskriti School, bringing authenticity and cultural depth to the experience but allow the children to experience it amongst peers for an enriching experience.
Kalaripayattu helps children develop:
• Agility and coordination
• Strength and flexibility
• Discipline and respect
• Sharp focus and body awareness
• Confidence rooted in inner balance
More than just physical movement, this ancient art form cultivates alertness, grace, and mental steadiness — beautifully complementing the yogic practices offered throughout the programme.

Shiva Shadakshara Stotram – A Powerful Yogic Chant As part of the Full Day Immersion, children will learn and experience Shiva Shadakshara Stotram, a powerful and traditional Sanskrit chant dedicated to Shiva.
This chant is centred around the sacred "Om Namah Shivaya" mantra, one of the most revered and widely practised in yogic tradition. Through guided learning and group changing, children will experience the uplifting and meditative power of sound.
Through guided learning and immersion, children will:
• Experience the calming and centering effects of rhythmic chanting
• Develop stronger memory and vocal clarity
• Build confidence through group practise
• Cultivate inner stillness and emotional balance
Chanting is not religious in nature, but a powerful vibrational tool that supports mental clarity, focus, and a sense of inner wellbeing.
The practice beautifully complements the physical and pranayam based practices, allowing children to experience yoga beyond movement - as a state of awareness and harmony.

Devotional Art Session As part of the Full Day Immersion, children will participate in a guided devotional art session inspired by themes from ancient Indian mythology.
Led by a trained teacher, this live creative session allows children to explore traditional storytelling through art while expressing their own imagination and creativity.
During the session, children will:
• Create their own artwork inspired by ancient Indian mythological stories
• Learn about symbolic elements found in traditional Indian art
• Develop creativity, patience, and focused attention
• Experience art as a joyful and meditative process
This session beautifully complements the yogic practices in the programme, allowing children to connect with India's rich cultural heritage through creativity, storytelling, and mindful expression.
