Surya Kriya is a unique Classical Hatha Yoga practice that combines the physical precision of yogic postures with the subtle dimension of kriya—an inner energy process. It offers much more than physical exercise, providing a powerful means to cultivate inner balance and transformation.
Beyond increased strength, flexibility and vitality, Surya Kriya can influence the way you experience everyday life. With consistent practice, many participants find greater ease, clarity and stability. The practice works upon the energy system, activating the solar plexus and nurturing Samat Prana—the balanced expression of solar energy within. By aligning the individual system with the cycles of the sun, it creates a strong foundation for health, wellbeing and inner growth.
A precise 21-step sequence combining classical postures with a specific breathing technique and the subtle dimension of kriya.
The practice activates the solar plexus, nurtures balanced solar energy and supports physical vitality, mental clarity and emotional stability.
For adults experiencing Classical Hatha Yoga for the first time and seeking holistic wellbeing, Surya Kriya is an excellent starting point.
The Surya Kriya programme offers six hours of expert instruction delivered across two days. You will learn the complete 21-step sequence and breathing technique in a structured and supportive environment, with detailed guidance on the process and the underlying yogic principles that make the practice so effective.
