It is great to hear your child is committed to regular practise. I would highly recommend joining the weekly class to ensure they are practising correctly and help them find ways to deepen their practise. We can also explore if it’s suitable for them to undertake new practices to go even deeper.
Absolutely. The weekly sessions can help them to come back to their practise no matter how much or how little they have tried. If during the sessions we find they need a little more support, we can look for ways to support them beyond the weekly session.
As long as they have learnt the practise of Surya Shakti from a certified Isha Hatha yoga teacher trained at the Isha Foundation, then they are more than welcome to join either the review or weekly sessions. It is best if you contact me before booking so we can discuss whether they can join.
Receive early access to new classes, workshops, retreats and special events, along with occasional yogic insights and guidance to support your journey.
