Our adult yoga classes and workshops are based on authentic Isha Hatha Yoga practices designed by Sadhguru, yogi, visionary and founder of the Isha Foundation. Rooted in the classical yogic tradition, these practices are offered as precise and complete systems rather than as exercise routines.
Each programme gives you the tools to practise independently at home. With consistent practice, participants can build physical strength and flexibility while cultivating greater balance, clarity, stability and awareness in everyday life.
Modern life can leave the body underused and the mind overstimulated. Classical Hatha Yoga offers a practical way to bring greater balance to the body, breath, mind and energy system.
Whether you want to improve fitness, reduce stress, support your emotional wellbeing or establish a deeper inner practice, you can choose a programme that fits your needs. Detailed instruction and optional review sessions help you practise safely, confidently and consistently.
Our adult yoga classes in London and Kent are taught in small groups, allowing time for careful demonstration, individual corrections and questions. You receive the attention needed to learn each practice accurately and build confidence at your own pace.
Practices are taught step by step through focused workshops or regular classes. The aim is not simply to attend a session, but to learn a complete process that you can continue at home. Review workshops and guided practice sessions may also be available.
Every programme is taught by Shubhra Jain, a fully trained Isha Hatha Yoga teacher who completed more than 1,750 hours of intensive training during a six-month residential programme at the Isha Yoga Centre in India. Sessions are delivered with precision, professionalism and close attention to safe practice.
