PREGNANCY IS A TIME OF PROFOUND CHANGE BOTH PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.

Our specially designed program supports women through every stage of pregnancy, helping manage the physical and emotional changes that come with it. These practices prepare mothers for natural birth, promote relaxation, and aid in emotional balance and well-being.
This unique module is crafted exclusively for pregnant women and combines gentle asanas, breathwork, and meditations to support both body and mind during this transformative time.

  • Learn the full set of practices over 3–4 sessions at your own pace.

  • Enjoy small groups for personal attention and a relaxed atmosphere.

  • Learn in a way that allows you to continue confidently at home.

  • Receive 1:1 teacher support and guidance throughout your pregnancy.

  • Taught only by trained Isha Hatha Yoga women teachers.

  • Includes pre- and post-natal support for ongoing care.

  • Designed specifically for pregnancy and not suitable for others.
