This 21-day programme includes a mandatory two-day masterclass workshop held on Saturday and Sunday, followed by three recommended guided sessions per week over the next three weeks to support continued practice and integration. The initial workshop involves three hours dedicated each day to learning the essential practices of Hatha Yoga. Following this workshop, participants will engage in three × 75-minute guided sessions per week from Monday to Friday, led by a trained teacher. These sessions will provide opportunities to continuously improve the practices, personalised corrections and deeper understanding.
This programme is ideal for those with busy schedules, providing a flexible and manageable approach to incorporating Hatha Yoga into daily routines.

I've never done any Yoga. Can I join?
Yes, no previous Yoga experience necessary. Please book a free 1:1 consultation so we can understand your needs.
Why 3 weeks?
Yoga is a discipline which takes discipline. My goal is to empower you to get on that mat every day, put everything aside – no technology or props -and know exactly what you need to do to fulfil your wellbeing goals. And for that you need to imbibe the tools that I’m teaching which takes longer than just a single workshop. I found that it takes about 21 days of continuous practice to establish the sequences into your mind and 40 days of continuous practice for your system to start to feel the benefits, also known in yogic terms as a mandala.
What is the difference between a workshop and daily classes?
In workshops, we meticulously teach the practice. Once you’ve learned the practice, you do it daily and perfect it in guided classes in presence of a teacher. Each class will be unique in its mix of practise, meditation and video teachings so you constantly grow.
How many guided classes are included?
The programme includes up to three guided sessions per week. It is encouraged to attend at least two of these per week to gain maximum benefit from the programme.
I am not very flexible, can I join the Yoga classes?
Everyone has a different starting point. We give the necessary asana modifications so that people with lesser flexibility can also get the same benefit from the practices.
Will you teach meditation?
Yes, we teach meditation. It is taught both in the workshop and the daily guided sessions.
What are the charges for this programme?
£275 which includes:

How is this different from other Yoga classes?
Sadhguru Gurukulam Hatha Yoga offers practices in its classical form. This means you will learn practices in its purest form. Originally all Yoga was maintained through an ancient method of transmitting Yoga in a very careful way to maintain its integrity without a minute distortion. Maintaining the purity of the practice essentially means accessing the original blueprints perceived by the yogis of the yore. These are the methods they used to master their own system to go beyond their limitations. By learning these practices and receiving them through the classical method, allows that same opportunities for those who receive and regularly practice.
When will I start to feel the benefits?

Everyone’s system is different and so is their receptivity to the practices. How quickly you feel the benefits will also depend on other lifestyle factors for example, your diet and sleep. The programme is designed in such a way that if you are consistent, you should see some noticeable benefits both mentally and physically after 21 to 40 days.
I have a physical health concern and I’m unsure if I can participate. What do I do?

How old do I have to be to join the programme?
This programme is suitable for ages 16+.
Can I eat before the sessions?
It is important that you are in empty stomach condition. This means any meals are completed at least 4 hours before the start of the sessions and any snacks (piece of fruit or biscuit) 2.5 hrs before. You should also finish any beverages at least 1.5 hours after joining. Water is fine to drink before class. Failure to fulfil this condition will result in inability to participate in the practices, as it could be harmful for the system.
